Nuclear Cleared Mechanical Fitters (DV/SC)

We currently have several requirements for DV\SC cleared Mechanical Fitters with Nuclear or MOD site experience to join us on a project at Burghfield, Reading.

Rate of Pay £28 – £34 per hour (CIS)

Minimum 12-month contract.

It is essential that all candidates complete DBS checks for this site and have current DV/SC clearance.

Your duties will include the Mechanical Assembly and Installation of machinery, hoists and specialist crane systems, secondary steel work, support rigs and process pipework.

Experience / Qualifications

• Time Served Mechanical Fitter with a recognised apprenticeship.
•  Mechanical fitting qualification is essential (City and Guilds/ NVQ or equivalent)

• CSCS card and experience of working on-site in a heavily regulated environment
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of working on nuclear or MOD sites
• DBS / SC cleared
• Must be committed to working a long-term contract.
