This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and capable office Administrator who can provide support to our contracts manager and the wider team to join us at our Bury offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with queries from contractors at various sites around the UK.
  • Managing & booking training for contractors, such as Health & Safety, CSCS etc.
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Maintain the CRM system (Bullhorn)
  • Co-ordinate administrative processes and procedures working within our ISO standards
  • On/Off-hiring of Plant & Equipment once this is no longer needed on site
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Working Hours & Remuneration

39.5 Hours early finish on a Friday (Hours are negotiable)

28 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata

Private health care.

Salary £24K to £27K depending upon experience

  • An enthusiastic character with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Someone with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages including Excel
  • Process-driven, strong organisation skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible for the needs of the business
